Position Summary
Our undergraduate scheme aims to indentify potential future operational leaders for the UPS organisation. Our
three year programme will test your ability and stretch your capability
through varying six month assignments. Each assignment will encompass
fresh challenges and allow you to grasp a wider knowledge of the
logistics industry. We expect each individual to demonstrate commitment,
learn quickly and accomplish business objectives in real operational
roles.
As
operational leaders, you will need to contribute new ideas and help
support the growth of our business through your ability, initiative and
individuality.
In
return, you will undertake a leadership & business management
focused degree and have the opportunity to begin a career within one of
the world’s largest logistics companies. Individuals will be provided
with continued developmental support and be allocated dedicated time for
study inside working hours.
Skills and Experience
Any applicant will need to have:
- A full UK driving license
- The ability to relocate nationally
- A continued flexible approach to working hours
- A work ethic which is motivated by challenge
- A-level education
- No previous degree
