Our client, a reputable Foreign Exchange Brokerage are looking for a Corporate FX sales Executive to work out of their London Office. They are looking for internal telesales people to generate leads for the Corporate team.

Role Title – Internal Corporate Sales

Do Not necessarily have to be from FX background, looking for hungry sales people from any field who are driven and motivated by money!!

High Level Activity

     To identify prospective clients on the phone and make appointments for the Corporate Sales Team
    To use data provided by the company and researched by yourself to contact and buildremote relationships by the use of, but not limited to, calls, e-mail and mail
    To maintain high enough levels of calling activity to meet the requirements of the KPI’s and to ensure an adequate pipeline going forward
    To maintain high standards of work in completing tasks and data input on the CRM system (Salesforce)
    To achieve a satisfactory level of conversion of appointment quality to trading clients to revenue
    To support the Corporate Sales Team and the Clients as a point of contact in the office in the post-appointment process in helping them sign up as a customer.
    To support the Corporate Sales Team and Dealing Team when requested in the care of trading clients – contacting clients about certain exchange rates; providing bank details;implementing changes to their accounts
     To innovate within your role to help the Company find more ways to make the ICS Team more productive and efficient
     To work alone, with fellow ICS Team members and with Corporate Sales to close appointments and sales for the Company
    To assist Corporate Sales in the management prospects and pipeline to maximize conversion through your personal organisation and company systems such as Salesforce
     To maintain professionalism within the team and company
    To be compliant internally and externally (AML/CDD) and ethical in conducting company business
    To be creative in the search for revenue opportunities and to proactively engage the Corporate Sales Team in your ideas and personal strategy
    To meet company guidelines and expectations in your use of the company CRM system
    To ensure high standards and timely production of

KPIs

    20 new business appointments per month booked
    15 new business appointments per month sat
     Minimum client value of £300,000 revenue per annum
    Minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
