Our client is a multinational banking and financial services company. Thier Global Banking Markets team in Manchester are currently looking for a Treasury Sales individual to look after their large corporate client base.
Job Specifications & Responsibilities:
Manage the Global markets exposures of clients banked by North West Corporate Business Centre (CBC).
Responsibility for delivering financial / non financial targets, within the high standards of compliance and global standards.
To deliver a professional service to customers, prospective customers, intermediaries, and Relationship Managers (RMs) in order to maximise contribution towards the Global Markets UK Corporate Sales business. The service will include:-
Ø Being responsible for a portfolio of the highest value customers from the North West CBC. Ensuring you optimise delivery of all global markets services to these clients including: FX, Rates, Bond Issuance / Private Placements, Commodity & Money Market.
Ø Work closely with the Regional Corporate Directors & RMs within the North West CBC to ensure all new business / new to bank switcher opportunities are identified and acted upon, co-ordinating with other business areas where appropriate.
Experienced Markets Sales specialist with a proven track record of successfully building client relationships, establishing and fulfilling customer needs.
Strong foreign exchange and interest rate market awareness and ability to combine effective communication of market moves with relevant idea generation.
Knowledge of Capital markets to include experience of hedging bond issuances and Private placements.
Ability to evidence wider commercial awareness e.g. wider knowledge of financial markets and the business environment.
Prepared and able to work as part of a team.
Hold appropriate FCA registration CF30.
