Our client is a real estate asset management and development business based in London offering financial and capital services in the UK and worldwide. They are currently seeking a Commercial Co-ordinator to join their business.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the day-to-day workflow of the CFO runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen e-mails, letters, enquires and requests and handling them when appropriate.
  • Maintain and update the CFO’s relevant project plans and liaising with various Investment Company Directors, Fiduciaries, trustees, banks, solicitors, accountants, other consultants and team members
  • Assist in administering a varied portfolio of companies and trusts, in accordance with relevant laws
  • Manage client relationships: conducting meetings as appropriate and ensuing that all client requests and correspondence are dealt with
  • Attend board meetings with CFO and take minutes together as well as defining action plan and follow up actions on behalf of CFO
•     Prepare resolutions, presentations, financial information spread sheets and submit statutory returns of a portfolio of companies as required by CFO.
  • Read documents, undertake research about projects and prepare summary for CFO.

This is an opportunity for a strong, commercially minded executive assistant to provide confidential and comprehensive support to the Group CFO.

The Candidate must have experience in Trust and Fiduciary field, ability to act as an Executive Assistant at Director and Board level within a financial services, investment or asset management environments.
