The Company:

The Role:
This role sits within the Operations Division and covers retail and institutional Transfer Agency work in their open ended funds and closed end wrapped business. This covers managing outsourced Third Party Administrators within EMEA and completing Transfer Agency work for Luxembourg funds in-house.
This Role supports both the Operations Manager UK and Operations Manager Luxembourg in all aspects of the day to day running of their business.
- Managing a large department covering retail and institutional administration,
- Managing outsourced TPA and completing TA for funds in-house,
- Responsibility for senior relationship management ensuring business is running smoothly,
- Continue to develop and expand industry knowledge including European funds,
- Working closely with global head of investor services on specific projects,
- Lead and support business improvements and strategy for both for the department in line with the entire company strategy and growth plans,
- Ensuring high levels of customer services via TPAs,
- Understanding and making sure that the department operates within set regulations and procedures,
- Understand & ensure the Investor Services department operates within guidelines/procedures and in line with relevant Authorisation, Legislation & Compliance Rules both internal & external via Successful Internal Audit and Compliance reviews Awareness of Regulatory Changes & Updates from various industry bodies,
- Develop and build a wide range of industry knowledge in terms of open ended funds in Europe, covering UK, Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, Hungary and Italy. Funds Industry and the UK open ended fund ranges and closed end wrapped products,
- Assist the Global Head of Investor Services EMEA in all aspects of operational and regulatory change and key and significant projects which impact the business.
The Person:
- Self-starter with good experience and knowledge of the funds industry
- Organised, good attention to detail and self-motivated
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, at the company’s TPAs
- Ability to work in a team, adhere to tight deadlines, develop and maintain relationships
- Experience within the Funds Industry
- Transfer Agency Experience
