Electrical Engineer with experience of high reliability, custom design
is required to support Engineering aftermarket services team. Specific
subsea or offshore design experience is not essential, though a working
knowledge of the Offshore Oil and Gas industry would be considered an
asset.
Delivery of the design package for manufacture including Bills of Materials (BOM) details, wiring lists etc.
Configuration and adaptation of existing designs to meet new projects requirements
Generation and maintenance of all engineering lifecycle documentation
Participate in design reviews
Engineering support during manufacture, test and installation
System Fault finding and diagnostics.
HNC/Degree Qualified in Electrical Engineering
Proven Electrical Engineering experience gained in high reliability equipment
Experience in document control and updating BOM’s using ERP/MRP systems
Electrical Support experience including assembly and testing down to component level.

Designing for CE compliance (EMC, LVD, RoHS, WEEE, BS7671, etc)
Engineering practises and procedures (Product change control and management)
Electrical control and instrumentation (EC&I) design

Power converter applications (AC-DC) and (DC-DC)
