Our client is one of the top US private
equity funds. They focus on mid - senior level buyout opportunities and
have an incredible track record in the US and Europe. They have just
raised a new fund.
They are now looking to add an Associate to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of investments for the fund. This will involve the usual mix of financial modelling, valuations, financial analysis, due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation.
The role is aimed at someone who will have a background as follows:
- investment banking, leveraged finance, credit, financial sponsors, private equity
- you will work for a firm like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley or another tier one bank
- 2-4 years experience since graduating
- fluent in two European languages
