A leading asset manager with a worldwide presence has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business & Change Manager. Reporting to the Head of Change Management, this role combines high levels of technical expertise with extensive key stakeholder interaction.

This position focuses on driving change management within Investment Operations and assessing the impact of company strategy on operational activity. Key responsibilities include:

• Convert company strategy plans into an investment operations strategy and implement across the department
• Identity opportunities to develop existing processes
• Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders

Our client is looking for a candidate with significant experience in the asset management industry, particularly operations and derivative functions. Proven experience of driving through large-scale change management initiatives is essential.  Excellent communication skills and experience of people management are key attributes for this role.
