HB International, a leading Boutique Search Firm backed by the private equity firm Hamilton Bradshaw, lead by entrepreneur James Caan, is looking for a bright graduate to join their team. Through a fast-track programme, the ideal candidate will be trained and developed by an assignment mentor.
You will begin your career learning about the sector through delivering on specific research projects. If successful through the initial training period, you could go on to become a consultant, directly working with clients and candidates, making executive placements worldwide with some of the leading names across the industry.

The role will include:
  • Candidate Management including identifying, approaching and interview organisation
  • Relationship building with clients and candidates
  • Conducting market research and preparing reports
  • Preparing company presentations
  • Managing specific projects and candidate pipelines
  • Maintaining company database
  • Diary and Travel Management
  • Additional ad hoc administrative tasks

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experience:
  • At least one year’s work experience in a sales role
  • Educated to degree level; min 2:1
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Ability to deal with individuals from different backgrounds
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Language skills desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
