| Many organisations are now moving their HR applications to the
Cloud. IBM’s Organisation and People Practice has a team dedicated to
helping our clients develop a Cloud HCM technology strategy, build the
business case, evaluate suitable vendors and then implement the selected
solution – considering all aspects from the HR delivery model through
to process optimisation, integration and change impact. Working with many of the largest organisations in the world our Cloud HCM technology consultants get involved from the early stages of these exciting projects, right through to implementation and delivery. You’ll work on our top tier client portfolio at the cutting edge of business and technology, working closely with a variety of stakeholders from all levels of the organisation. You’ll build strong relationships across our clients business to become a trusted advisor who regularly challenges their thinking and helps maximise the business benefits achievable from the new breed of Cloud HCM technologies. While business acumen and a commercial mindset are a given, a genuine interest in Cloud HCM applications (particularly SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle Fusion HCM) and how to successfully implement Cloud based solutions to maximise business benefit is essential. The following skills will be important: • A drive to put the client first in everything you do, communicating effectively and translating complex ideas into workable solutions • A track record of creating enduring client relationships based on trust, successful business development and credible programme execution • Fluent English. Based in the UK, but willing to work across UK and Ireland with some international travel as required for business needs. In addition, experience of vendor evaluations, negotiations, business case development or developing HR technology roadmaps is desirable. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
