Description
The primary focus of the role is regional co-ordinator and facilitator of all pay and incentive process, in particular incentive plan participation and merit pay processes, with Finance and external pay benchmarking for the EMEA region, although providing support on wider geographic basis as required. Working closely with Corporate Compensation and also the Corporate Benefits team in the US to ensure consistency of interpretation and appropriate implementation of Corporate policy, practice and process. There is an emphasis on data management, manipulation, analysis, interpretation, presentation and reporting to ensure timely information is available to meet all compensation planning, management information and reporting. Focus on supporting the FMTS businesses, whilst providing back up on other lines of business. The secondary focus of the role is on the wider employment aspects including monitoring and tracking job levels, stock option awards and local market pay requirements and providing back up support on managing and reconciling of bonus accruals and payroll requirements including data requirements for TRS and Flex, evaluating jobs, allocating job codes. Working closely with the local Finance team, HR Operations Manager (Payroll), external data providers on a range of information and process delivery requirements.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills: advanced Excel required (Pivot tables essential), management Information reporting systems HRIS or similar (PeopleSoft ideal), Word, Powerpoint an advantage Numerate with data management, manipulation, interpretation, analysis and data presentation skillsAbility to effectively communicate and work with a wide range of client groups and external providersHigh level of accuracy and care with attention to detail criticalDemonstrated ability to write summary interpretation reportsProject Management skills - able to manage a range of specific projects and work autonomously under pressure to tight deadlines.Proven effective client relationship and internal consultancy skillsAble to work in an environment of change, adapting quickly to changing requirements and focusExperience of working in a process focused Corporate environment Previous Peoplesoft or HRIS experience an advantage but not essential full training will be providedFinancial Services Services sector experience not required but international firm with a US-parent preferred
