My client is going through massive
growth and investment capabilities is looking for a Derivatives Sales
Specialist to work in the New Business Sales team to be responsible for
engaging with Tier 1 firms across EMEA.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Establish contact with a targeted list of prospects;
- Manage the entire sales process for identified prospects, from initial contact through closure;
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to gather and understand requirements, prepare demos
- Work closely with Marketing to produce sales collateral required for the target market;
- Involve Product Management, Professional Services and the Executive team as required.
- Evidence of a proven solution-sales record building new business in financial services (10 years min.)
- Expertise in strategic selling (Miller Heiman or equivalent)
- Ability to present, discuss and propose at a senior level
- Experience with pro-active lead generation
- Specific working knowledge of electronic trading. Sales experience within market making, Derivatives ETD, HFT is a plus.
- Ability to work within a structured sales process that contain multiple deals at various stages
- Achieve sales targets while working within a team
- Communicate and present confidently and concisely
- Travels within EMEA when required
