Reporting to the Global Projects organisation, you will be instrumental in driving productivity for field construction for all GE Oil & Gas (O&G) businesses.
You will take accountability of developing a global approach to Turnkey and Modules construction projects ensuring timely and flawless project execution.
  • Build and maintain O&G standards for the execution of modules constructions and turnkey projects across different O&G P&L’s
  • Maintain the highest standard of EHS across every construction site
  • Develop construction budgets and time schedules, ensuring these are met during project execution
  • Execute site process simplification and standardisation initiates to drive productivity
  • Develop robust operational rhythm with O&G operations site managers overlooking project life cycle
  • Develop competency model and consistent training plan for O&G managers
  • Ensure personnel headcount is in line with business strategy globally
  • Extensive travel to sites globally, up to 50%.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Prior site construction management experience within O&G or Power Generation industry, including field installation and commissioning experience
• Solid track record of executing Turnkey/Modules construction projects on time and budget
  • Able to identify, drive and deliver process improvements and productivity
  • Customer management experience with understanding of contractual terms and conditions
  • Strong team leadership, influencing and team building skills
  • Available to travel at short notice.
