The integrated services coordinator is responsible for providing both Customer and Project support on a daily basis across all stakeholders. The role will be the Customers main point of contact for all onshore activities and responsible for the creation of equipment load out lists to support offshore operations. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for Maintenance and Repair Management.
Participation in Pre-job Planning, Project Progress, & Operator Contract Performance/Lateral Learning meetings.
  • Responsible for assisting and setting up and controlling spares stock levels both onshore and offshore.
  • Responsible for ensuring that respective QHSE actions for all stakeholders are focused on and closed out i.e. original equipment suppliers, Installation contractors, offshore team, subcontractors, customer, operations etc. Responsible for the monitoring of project specific QHSE trends and analysis to identify areas for performance improvement.
  • Work with QA engineer and operations to ensure quality plans, ITP's and work order routings are created as required to control the execution of work including work at the subcontractor sites. Ensures that project specific QHSE requirements are communicated to operations.
  • Attend Customer Meetings as required.
  • Communicate with Project Manger with regular updates on progress.
  • Participate in all Customer Safety Programmes.
  • Responsible for ensuring that respective QHSE actions for all stakeholders are focused on and closed out i.e. original equipment suppliers, Installation contractors, offshore team, subcontractor’s, customer, operations etc. Responsible for monitoring of project specific QHSE trends and analysis to identify areas for performance improvement.
  • Work with QA engineer and operations to ensure quality plans, ITP's and works order routings are created as required to control the execution of work including work at subcontractor. Ensure that project specific QHSE requirements are communicated to operations.
  • Responsible for the management of task orders liaising with all stakeholders as required.
  • Responsible for creation of monthly reports for review by the Project Manager.
  • Provide recommendations for Inventory levels to support operations, based on average and variability in supply lead times, average and variability in consumption rates and risk. Expediting of parts will be performed by the respective Vetco Gray Global entity and their process and procedures. However the dedicated onshore base management team and in particular the Integrated Service Coordinator will be responsible for updating the status of the task orders to the customer and expediting further as required.
  • Interpretation of Operator’s Long and Medium range plans and equipment utilisation schedules.

  1. Product technical knowledge and an understanding of Engineering Drawings, Part Specifications, API codes and associated offshore operations.
  2. Has a detailed understanding and operational knowledge of Xmas Trees and Workover Control Systems.
  3. Offshore operations experience.
  4. A knowledge of Quality Management Systems and the risks and hazards.
  5. Inter-personal skills to co-ordinate with personnel, clients, client representatives and competent bodies on matters of Engineering, Logistical, Technical and Operational Support.
  6. Product knowledge.
  7. Team player, pleasant manner.
  8. Understanding of manufacturing drawings and specification.
  9. Be an effective communicator, both written and oral.
  10. A knowledge of Quality Management Systems and the risks and hazards associated with an assembly and pressure testing environment.
  11. Computer literacy.
  12. Product / oilfield knowledge.
  13. Ability to work as a Team Player is critical.

  • Working knowledge of systems, procedures and has experience of working with supporting functional departments both locally and globally across the business.
