To
assemble and test Company equipment including Chokes Actuating Valves
& Sub Sea Tree Spool Assemblies and other assembly operations when
needed. To a high standard adhering the EHS & Quality policies and
procedures in a timely manner. With secondary task to be able to flex
between other assemble and test departments.
Assembly
and test of equipment, up to pressures of 15k psi ensuring policies and
procedures are stringently adhered to prevent EHS issues.
Producing quality goods within time constraints as laid out in the manufacturing routing.
Producing & updating relevant documentation on work.
Accurate traceability records of assemblies.
Accurate and full handover to the appropriate person on the next shift.
Raising written EHS and Quality concerns as required when
the previous cannot be adhered to and in the interest of continuous
improvement.
Ensuring that the area of work is maintained hazard free and tidy in accordance with 5S principles’ at all times.
Writing Safety Risk Assessments for jobs as and when required.
Active participation in continual Lean 6 Sigma improvements for safety and throughput.
Actively logging and maintaining training records as per business requirements.
Be
time served with C&G or Modern Apprenticeship with HNC.
Alternatively NVQ Level 3 in a relevant Engineering discipline.
Be Self-disciplined, proactive, cooperative manner with a capacity to work in a multi-product environment.
Have a high level of HSE awareness with certification in
slinging and lifting, pressure testing, manual handling and fork lift
certificate.
Also, be able to write and adhere to Safety Risk Assessments for all aspects of the work – although not a strict requirement.
Be able to read engineering drawings and follow Test Procedures documents
Have the ability to work well on their own as well as part of a team.
Have the ability to work a two shift system with overtime as the business requires.
Pressure
testing experience hydro & gas, to pressures up to 22.5k psi Sub
Sea Equipment build & Servicing of Sub sea valves or other relevant
equipment.
