Ensuring all legal requirements and GE policies and procedures relating to health, safety, environment, quality and integrity and ethics are rigorously applied within his/her sphere of influence.

Expert in preparing of tender documents, pre-qualification, assessment and ranking of subcontractors, analyzing tenders and quotations, Subcontract development, monitoring and following- up/ administration in the execution phase.
Ensuring that Projects has effective Subcontracts, and that these are managed, controlled and expedited in a professional and efficient manner in accordance with the requirements of the Project and the Global Sourcing Strategy from "cradle to grave".

The Subcontract manager is responsible to develop the Subcontract, prepare and manage the ITT (invitation to tender), based on customer ITT documentation, for the pricing of Manifold and connection system (technical and commercial documents).

Further upon client award the Subcontract manager will be dedicated to the project organisation reporting to the Project Manager managing the subcontracts as single point of contact throughout the project lifecycle including internal discipline matters.
Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Supply Chain
Proven experience within Supply Chain/Sourcing.
More than 10 years’ experience.
Experience within offshore/subsea contracts would be an advantage
