Excellent opportunity for a Senior Director TMT Corporate Banking focused on UK, European & US large-cap clients for a leading Corporate Bank in London - City

The Senior Director TMT Corporate Banking will involve manage the largest TMT Corporate Banking relationships of the bank in the UK, Europe and US. They will originate new business, execute transactions (credit analysis, financial modelling, due diligence) and manage the portfolio.
The successful candidates will have:
• Extensive telecoms, media and technology origination & execution experience focused on UK and/or European Corporates
• Excellent market contacts in the TMT space, in particular telecoms
• Credit analysis and financial modelling skills
• Exposure to investment banking products - DCM, leveraged finance, interest rate hedging, etc
• Candidates with previous management experience will be viewed favourably
