Global private equity fund is looking to add an Investment associate to their team. They need a Spanish speaker.
Our client is a tier one US private
equity group. They are one of the top mid market funds and have a multi
strategy approach towards investing. Traditionally, they take control
positions in successful companies where there is significant potential
for growth and development although they have also innovative
investments combing debt and equity structures.
They are now looking to add an associate to their team, to work on the origination and execution of investments for the fund. Day to day this will involve markey, company and sector analysis, financial modelling , valuations, meeting the management of businesses, structuring finance and deal execution.
We are intersted in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- investment bankers at the 3rd year analyst to associate level
- professionals from other private equity funds
- debt or leveraged finance professionals
- fluent in Spanish
