A great opportunity to drive business results through insight delivery for the UK FX International Payments Account Management team. Core to this role is the ability to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and apply those skills in a business context.
Business analysis & marketing - work with the Account Development and Marketing to drive key Client messages.
Qualitative & Quantitative analysis - opportunity assessment for Client growth & Retention. Use analysis to provide trigger activity to drive focus and provide training.
Creation of trigger datasets - preparing datasets (via central tool) to the Account Development team.
Creation of trigger calling results - clearly presenting output and identifying trends/findings that can be explored to improve future activity.
Management Reporting - work with bespoke database / contact management tool. Enhance current tool to meet business requirements.
Build relationships with stakeholders in the Account Development, Marketing and Customer Services teams across all levels.
Project management - run small projects & find solutions to business issues.

- Strong core skills in data preparation, manipulation and analysis.
- Strong communication skills demonstrated by ability to interpret and present findings to different audiences.
- Advanced Excel and MS Access and Sales Force
- Self-motivated and eager to grow and develop with the role
- Creative mind, able to find innovative solutions to business issues or needs
- Good team player who is able to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues
- Understanding of database management
- Background in B2B and financial services
- Industry experience.
