Salary: £24,000 Per Annum Term: Full Time, Permanent Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies: Mobile Vehicle Paint Sprayer/Panel Beater For Bodyshop Our client an established automotive Bodyshop is actively looking to hire a Mobile Vehicle Paint Sprayer/Panel Beater to work in the Nottinghamshire area. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that you consistently meet and exceed the Company’s technical standards in repairing; replacing painting and fitting parts to vehicles while ensuring that are company procedures are adhered to. You must have automotive paint and body work experience; this includes stripping, beating and panel beating. You also must have the ability to work in a pressured environment, to set deadlines, be self motivated and be confident to work alone. Key Responsibilities: • To ensure that you work within the company productivity targets. • To Keep customers informed of the work process being carried out before and after the job. • To ensure complaints are minimized through correctly following the Company’s procedures. • To represent the interests of the customer in dealing with the Company’s internal procedures, including promptly providing customer feedback. • To identify and exploit all opportunities to increase sales and further develop the business. • To contribute towards effective team working as well as internal and external communication. • To adhere at all times to company Health and Safety procedures and use of safety equipment provided. • To work willingly within the environment of Annualised Hours and Performance Management. • To be competent to undertake customer related and administrative tasks as required. • To achieve a high standard of accuracy when completing paperwork, documentation and using company IT systems. All successful candidates will be trained for the ATA Qualification at Induction. Benefits include Company Van, 20 days holiday and pension scheme. A competitive salary is offered.
