Role Summary/Purpose	The Six Sigma Black Belt reports to the Subsea Global Supply Chain MBB. In this role, the Black Belt will focus on driving continuous improvement and lean six sigma projects within Supply chain organization. This role will be delegated the responsibility for driving the Lean Six Sigma strategy.

Qualifications/Requirements	Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Demonstrated commitment for process improvement Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Strong Organizational, Analytic, and problem solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and diverse audiences, including suppliers and internal/external customers. Ability to travel internationally.
