| In
this critical role, you will work closely with the Head of Debt Asset
Management and members of the UK Debt Asset Management Team. Your
responsibilities and ownership will cover:
• Day-to-Day asset management of specific loans including detailed cashflows, covenant analysis & forecasting performance • Take responsibility for the management of specific loan workouts and restructures. Take the lead in syndicate meetings and lead process from inception to close • Run detailed analysis and loan monitoring models on each loan under management. Identify emerging risks, analyse and present worked through solutions to mitigate risks • Evaluate and implement workout strategies in relation to distressed loans • Portfolio financial planning and default risk analysis, working closely with Risk, Finance and Tax • Prepare, evaluate, negotiate and obtain approval for loan restructures. Ability to run detailed analysis and present options to the business • Take ownership for the internal reporting, information accuracy, risk classification and analytics for each loan under management • Work closely with Risk and Origination to on-board new debt deals • Develop working relationships with borrowers and syndicate banks • Evaluate and manage loan consents, earnouts, collateral releases and loan payoffs • Prepare credit approval papers with detailed analysis and supporting documentation on loan matters. Lead approval process through to documentation and close Internal Reporting & Approvals: • Timely delivery of all quarterly loan surveillance reporting and information including key loan & property updates in IT systems • Analyse property performance trends / markets | |
| Experienced with track record of the following:
• +10 PQ years of banking experience with a proven track record in loan workout and management • Analysing, negotiating, structuring and executing debt restructuring / workouts • Excellent modelling skills • Negotiating loan and security documentation • Undertaking appropriate loan and property due diligence • Actively managing and monitoring real estate loans including detailed cashflow analytics • Preparing detailed Credit Approval Documentation • Communicating clearly (verbally, in writing and in presentations) • Building solid business relationships with external clients and internal functions • Working collaboratively in a team environment • Strong project & operational management skills to ensure delivery on time and in compliance with regulatory framework • Ability to engage with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions Eligibility Requirements You MUST submit your application for employment through COS to be considered for this position Must be eligible to work in UK |
