Role Summary/Purpose	The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) is GE's premier development program for high potential individuals seeking a career in sales and marketing. It accelerates the development of commercially savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars.
Essential Responsibilities	The program consists of three, eight-month rotational assignments within the sales and/or marketing segments of a GE business. Rotations provide experiences such as consultative selling, marketing analysis, marketing management, product management, customer and market segmentation, pricing, and, field sales. To supplement on-the-job learning, program members strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing six weeks of in-residence training over the two year program. Successful candidates will be hired into one of GE's core businesses in Europe: GE Global Growth & Operations (GGO), GE Oil & Gas (O&G), GE Capital or GE Aviation. These positions can be based in any of the following countries: UK, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Sweden/Denmark/Norway. The first rotation as well as the off-program placement will be based in the candidates' home country. It is essential that the candidates have work authorization in the home country. ECLP is one of GE's world famous leadership programs. It is global in scope with participants from North America, Latin America, EMEA, China, Japan, SE Asia and India. ECLP exposes members to multiple segments within a given GE business. This rotational experience will highlight the diversity that differentiates GE from other companies and will help to accelerate learning. Upon successful completion of the program, ECLP graduates will be considered for key commercial roles in GE. Members may be required to relocate 2-3 times while on program.
Qualifications/Requirements	Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university  MBA / Master's Degree  Minimum of 5-8 years of sales or marketing work experience  Fluency in English in addition to European mothertongue  Geographic mobility You must have legal authorization to work in the location to be considered for this position. Locations might be UK, Germany, E. Europe (various positions in locations including Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Hungary).
