Manage a large Integrity Management project that consists of Integrity Engineering and Software product deliverables. This role also involves managing a significant Team of 15-20 internal and contracted Integrity Engineers, software implementation and data conversion analysts and vendors during the duration of the project.
Please note you would be joining on an initial 18 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • Owning the IS project execution following ISO procedure Global-E-P102 process and general GE processes and systems 
  • Responsible for Integrity Services project execution delivering the contractual Integrity Engineering, Integrity Management and Software content within the contractual deadlines and on budget until final completion of project 
  • Develop Project Plan and updates, secure internal/external resources to project to meet contractual deadlines as per project plan 
  • Identify risks, roadblocks to execution, impacts on project and develop mitigation actions, highlight any impact on project deadlines and financials to the IE COE leader, Software OTR Leader, P&L managers and In-country project manager 
  • Responsible for meeting the initial projects costs and margin, identify financial risk, identify cost reduction/margin enhancement through project plan and upsells. 
  • Responsible for delivering 10% productivity through economy of scale, templates and deliverables standardization, preparation work, tight resources utilization and track progress. 
  • Responsible for revenues recognition and margin forecast, invoicing and payment forecast, cash flow and FX impact forecast. 
  • Optimize resource deployment utilization to where skills are most needed 
  • Responsible for controlling and driving all internal interfaces and minimizing cost overrun at interfaces 
  • Responsible for quality of the deliverables and work closely with the Technical authority to deliver the quality expected by Customer within the contractual agreement 
  • Work very closely with the Integrity Engineering project coordinator for timely deliverables of Integrity Engineering tasks 
  • Work very closely with the Software Implementation and data conversion Leaders for timely deliverables of Software tasks. 
  • Daily call with the in-country Project Manager using standard template, Progress/bottlenecks/next steps to be then sent to the IS leaders for daily monitoring 
  • Fully own the quality, contractual delivery dates, revenues and margin, resources for the Integrity Services scope 
  • Manage all communication on progress, bottleneck, commercial relationship through the local overall project coordinator 
  • Attend technical and commercial meetings related to contract when required (ad hoc) either internally or with Customer 
  • Prepare with the in-country Project Manager regular progress review meetings and review minutes of meeting for internal follow-up actions and drive internal follow-up actions to completion

  • Carrying out Quality Assurance reviews and sign off on IS contract deliverables (per delivery)
  • Identifying potential problems and resolution during IS project by highlighting potential areas of concern and driving issue resolution that affect project execution to the in-country Project Manager, IE COE Leader, Software OTR Leader and P&L managers 
  • Management of PII’s personnel, contractors and vendors working on the project 
  • Prepare IS S-curve and deliverables KPI's update and reporting (to be defined) together with the in-country Project Manager 
  • Issue fortnightly IS reports internally to the business 
  • Attend business reviews as required 
  • Responsible for seeking management support where appropriate for any project risks impacting deadlines, customer satisfaction and financials 
  • Responsible for controlling and driving all internal interfaces and minimizing cost overrun at interfaces 
  • Responsible for setting up the project deliverables in PII business reporting systems (e.g., eDelivery and Oracle), its management and business reporting associated with it.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical field 
  • Preference for a Project Management Certification 
  • Strong direct and matrix people management skills 
  • Proven experience in project management and Integrity Management, Software projects 
  • Preference is given to internal candidates with PII experience 
  • Quality focused 
  • Excellent communication skills.
