| Marketing
provides strategic and tactical internal and external marketing support
to the business, and is pivotal to help the business grow.
The Marketing intern will gain exposure to a number of marketing disciplines, including: Supporting internal and external communication, marketing activities and research analysis across all parts of GE Capital UK, delivering the overall brand, branding strategy and initiatives, ensuring that it is aligned with EMEA and broader GE guidelines. Work with and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders to develop, design and deliver relevant targeted customer communications and marketing campaigns. You will help with promotional events and support the communication of Incentive programmes. Support key measures to assess brand health, campaign and communications effectiveness and assess your own working, highlighting relevant processes, initiatives and best practice in order to drive continual improvement. You will work closely with the product and strategy leaders in market research and segmentation projects, determining the market opportunity, perform gap analysis between customer needs and our value proposition and recommend an action plan. Through the internship, the individual will gain a valuable insight into the operation of a successful business, having responsibility in a range of areas. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will provide an excellent start for a career in Marketing. | |
