| The
Portfolio Account Administrator (AA) reports directly to the Portfolio
Manager. The primary purpose is to support the Account Manager (AM) team
by completing administrative tasks associated with the account
management function. The AA will work with the CDF Underwriters, the
Commercial team and Operations to ensure the smooth delivery of Risk
Controls and Customer Service in accordance with CDF SOP’s &
Procedures.
*This vacancy is open to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months | |
| In accordance with the laid down SOP’s the AA will action:
- Provide back up (holiday cover) to ensure AM work queues are promptly worked and account deficiencies addressed - Telephone collections activity - Producing bespoke customer reports - Supporting AM team in dealing with rejected invoices, pending approvals and obsolete approvals - Setting up CDF customers with on line functionality – COMS - Supporting AM’s in managing collateral exceptions - Credit and customer payment queries to ensure dealer accounts remain fully reconciled - Maintaining a record of current rates and terms by vendor - Workflows to ensure compliance, dealer accounts are fully reconciled and maximum volume is processed - Complaints to ensure the customer is treated fairly - My Learning tasks promptly to ensure practice and compliance is current Ensure effective Risk Controls are in place by: •Pro-actively supporting management of portfolio to ensure dealer credit lines are open for business •Completing tasks set by the Risk management. In addition: •Support Commercial with ad hoc reporting/tasks as required •Assist with the checking/approval of Vendor/dealer Rates & Terms •Help to drive & implement system & process improvements/simplification •Support cross functional training and best practice •Support other Business Projects when required. | |
