| •Support
management team with the construction of data, analysis & material
for the broad Collections & Litigation function
•Support operating review rhythm and other forums at which performance is discussed & strategic / tactical proposals are progressed •Assist with the production and upkeep of performance dashboards and MI packs •Engage with stakeholders / owners to understand the methodology and integrity of data sources. •Assist with the measurement and monitoring of resources and performance •Assists in the design, implementation & tracking of change initiatives. •Support the creation of robust metrics to measure commercial value for initiatives within the Collections & Litigation function •Support the broader Collections & Litigation team in the production of material summarising business performance for varied audiences | |
| - Business or Finance related degree on a 4-year sandwich course
- Predicted 2:1 - Strong problem solving and analytical skills to support and drive project decisions. - Assertiveness/Initiative - Good interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups of stakeholders. - Clear thinking to be able to plan, evaluate priorities, and consider available resources. - Good Maths and English skills - Concern for detail and accuracy - Displays a “can do” attitude - We require you to clearly highlight on your CV your educational achievements, including Higher Education and secondary school grades (or equivalent).
