Essential Responsibilities	As a risk management trainee, your main responsibilities will involve: • Gaining experience in various parts of the business. Rotations may include Credit Risk, Market Risk, Enterprise Risk, Portfolio Analytics, Credit Modelling and Scorecards, Underwriting or Collections/Workout • Identifying opportunities to improve value and mitigate risk for our business • Providing analytical support on key business initiatives and developing a thorough understanding of our risk analytic data systems • Assisting in the management review of funding requests • Helping to prepare reports for regulators and the board ***This role can be based in either the UK, France or Germany.***
Qualifications/Requirements	What we expect you to have: • Academic excellence with financial, quantitative, analytical competency • Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, Finance, Risk • Prior internship(s) or work placements within a financial services company preferred • Demonstrated leadership ability • Willingness to learn and undertake new challenges • Willingness to relocate within Europe, depending on business need • It is a requirement of the role that you have appropriate authorisation to work in the European Union.
