User Experience Designer will work as part of the newly combined UX
team with Business Analysts. The goal of the team is to create a best
in class user experience. The UX designer will bring a design first

Bring creative energy and design skills to the UX team
Passion for creating simple elegant and rewarding user experiences
Develop and own design guidelines for development of user interfaces and user interaction.
Aid the design and development process with wire framing,
mock-ups and supporting materials to relate the proposed designs to the
use cases and personas.
Create workflows that provide an optimal user experience to fit in with the design vision and the user requirements.
Perform usability testing internally and quantify results.
Collaborates with the Product Manager to articulate the
features set out in requirements documents in use cases, epics and user
stories.
Prepare and enhance standard product demonstrations in the
form of baseline demo systems and videos to demonstrate existing and new
functionality suitable for internal and external use.
Support the Product Manager in developing the product
roadmap of future features and enhancements and driving improvements to
the product architecture and design. This is to include elicit
requirements from customers.
Participate in creation of vector graphics used in the product to best showcase the functionality available.
Drives process definitions and improvements for the UX team as well as for agile development in general.
Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Design or related degree from an accredited institution
Substantive experience in a User Experience, UX Design, product management or business analyst role.
Passion for user experience
Keeps current with latest technologies in industry.
