Job Purpose:

This is an entry-level position, requiring direct supervision. Acting in a support and administrative role within the Credit Risk Management Services (CRMS) team, the Documentation Specialist provides support to the Citi Private Bank Europe organization, working closely with the CRMS Quality Assurance Officers.

The principal purpose of the role involves various data entry duties, scanning of credit documents onto client files in the CPB Document Management System, custody and lodgment of original documents within client files for offsite storage including recalling credit files as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scanning of loan and other related credit transaction documents into the CPB Documentation Management system;
  • Updating the documentation management system with incoming documents and ensuring that the documentations status is appropriate;
  • Custody and preparation of original documents/credit files for offsite storage;
  • Associated filing/clerical duties regarding solicitor correspondence, doc deficiencies and insurance;

Qualifications

 
Knowledge/Experience:
  • Computer literacy – Outlook; Office Suite; etc;
