Job Summary

We are looking for an aggressive, high-energy, software sales
professional who will identify and bring to closure Pivotal product and service
opportunities. You are expected to generate net new business as well as for
maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts. You are responsible
for the overall health and sales performance of the territory of defined
accounts. 

Specifically, in
this key role the successful candidate will be required to:




      Develop territory/account plans to achieve goals
and exceed individual software quota responsibility



      Maximize the Enterprise software solution opportunity
while providing value added solutions to the customer



       Identifies, attracts and prospects new
customers



       Preparation of offers and contract negotiations



      Develop relationships with key decision makers,
influencers and partners.



      Manage effective working relationships with pre-sales,
delivery and business Development teams.



      Consistently build and deliver on an accurate
territory pipeline



      Monitors projects during implementation and commissioning



      Implementation and monitoring of reliable reporting



      Ensure continued cooperation with distributors and partners



      Participation in trade fairs



      Travel within your assigned territory is
required. 



Requirements



The successful
candidate will possess:



·       At least 5 years
experience in
software sales with proven success selling large software solutions and analytics
solutions



·       Data Analytic business,
Data Warehousing, Enterprise applications in Java EE environments, Cloud
applications experience would be an asset



·       Proven track record of increasing revenue
through new customer base and strong understanding of how to grow under
developed/penetrated patch



·      Ability to sell the Pivotal vision to the customer and identify new
services that can generate new revenue. 



·       Ability to build,
develop and work with a partner ecosystem



·       Posses entrepreneurial spirit or worked
in a start up environment



·       Proven ability to sell to business line
and sell the business value vs. product is KEY



·       Negotiation and closing skills



·       Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills



·      Reliable, resilient with high commitment



·       Goal-oriented with ability to work autonomously
