Description

As the leading package delivery company and global leader in supply chain solutions, we’re passionate about bringing better ways to orchestrate everything from complex international distribution networks to local business deliveries. That’s logistics and that’s exactly what careers at UPS are all about.

What to expect:

The two year UPS graduate scheme requires you to showcase your natural leadership, planning and organisational skills to a wide audience. Designed to give you ownership of business objectives in real operational roles, our graduate scheme is not your usual 9-5. It will be fast paced, operationally orientated and for those who are motivated by challenge - fun and exciting.

You will embark on a two year programme that gives you experience in three key operational roles. A functional assignment will also broaden your knowledge of expectations outside of our operational facilities.

From training & education to growth & empowerment our programme supports the development of our people through continued feedback sessions, in-house training, external qualifications and job rotations. Our unique promote-from-within culture means that during or after the two year graduate programme, there could be an exciting management opportunity waiting for you.

What you need:

Our unique environment brings together a highly diverse group of individuals from different backgrounds, educations and aspirations. If you’d like to call UPS your home, you’ll need a strong will to succeed and a passion for what you do. Some essentials required before you apply are:

  • A full UK driving license
  • The ability to relocate
  • 2.1 or above degree in a logistics, business management or leadership subject that has been obtained within the last two years.
Are you ready to help lead UPS into tomorrow? If you have unparalleled leadership abilities and a strong will to succeed, UPS is ready to nurture your skills and take them to the next level.
