Job Description
? To manage all aspects of relationships between RSA ? the Security Division of EMC, channel partners and end users to close all SecurCare maintenance contract renewal available opportunities across all RSA products
? Become the inside point of contact for all Channel partners for the allocated territory, Reseller and Distributor staff relating to maintenance contract renewal.
? Become the point of contact for the RSA Distribution Partners, both inbound and outbound calls, provide quotations and associated sales support requirements to these partners and place quotations within the CRM system for maintenance contract renewal
? To ensure that orders arrive on schedule & at correct value to the company
? Preparation of documentation to end users, channel partners advising respective parties of maintenance renewal information
? Preparation of quotations to channel partners and end users and place within the CRM system
? Analysis of distribution sales reports to determine closure of maintenance renewal business
? Forecast accurately on a daily basis and update Sales force.
? Use of tools such as SAP & Diver to establish correct customer identity, license and maintenance renewals
