BRS is looking for a proven sales professional that can drive our vBRS strategy and execution. The vBRS Business Development Manager is a subject matter expert in how BRS solutions will augment and scale a VMWare/Cloud based solution. The role will work closely with the BRS UK Director, DM’s and Sales Teams to make sure they understand the value of the BRS solutions. It will also be important to have a close interlock with VCE and VMWare to build relationships and ensure those teams understand the value of the BRS solutions.
In addition to the above, the vBRS BMD will be responsible for managing programs aimed at increasing the attach rate of BRS solution to anything V.
The vBRS BDM also supports various marketing programs by speaking at, and supporting trade shows, field marketing events, Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs), participating in local VMUG sessions, the VMware Communities, and is an active participant at VMworld, EMC World, Cisco Live and many other events. 
Understanding of cloud data center strategies and how BRS solutions help them scale
Understanding of consolidated infrastructure i.e. VCE, vSpex
Ability to create and execute vBRS strategy
Have close ties with partners i.e. VMWare, VCE, Atos Canopy, Cap Gemini and other service providers
Design and execute vPrograms aimed at increasing the attach rate of BRS Solutions with everything V
 
Skills & Experience Required:
Driven Sales professional
Experience working with large accounts and the complexities associated with them
Comfortable managing in a matrix environment
Good organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of excel, SFDC
VMWare certifications preferred (or desire to establish upon taking the role)
