Job Purpose:
The incumbent candidate will manage the sales and
advisory services unit for FX linked structured products (such as Dual
Currency Deposits), FX and FX linked solutions & services in
partnership with the existing customer Relationship Managers for
Citigold / Affluent segment.
The objective of this position is to conduct daily sales activities related to FX based products and offer specialty services in terms of market intelligence, developing and growing awareness among retail affluent customers for investment purpose.

Job Background/context:
IPB is a rapidly growing business. It offers
offshore wealth management and banking for Citi clients in Europe and
beyond. Clients benefit from a diverse range of investments products
including mutual funds, structured notes, credit products and
international brokerage, as well as the treasury products.
To achieve the full business potential of the
Treasury products suite, and to provide clients with new advisory
services, IPB is looking to establish the new role of the Treasury Sales
Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell FX Linked Structured Deposits (Premium Deposits) and FX for individual (CitiGold or Citi Private Clients) customers
- Meet or beat the FX Products Sales and Revenue targets on a monthly basis.
- Interact with external customers for Sales and Advisory as ‘FX Product Specialist’. Advise individual customers on FX trend, selection of currency alternatives based on client’s knowledge, needs and view.
- Make outbound Sales calls for existing / prospective customers for FX products
- Support existing FX investors with new alternative solutions, help to maintain and grow FX portfolio based on client’s personal investment objectives and markets view
- Partner with RMs to coach and train them on FX/ DCP sales by doing joint calls, train and coach new sales team members on FX products, as may be necessary.
- Deliver clients presentations, seminars and RM trainings

Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience:
- FX trading experience - proven track
- FX Market or Sales Experience. (MM/FI/Equities Trading experience also can be considered).
- Knows FX market practice and FX linked products / options etc.
- Proficiency in office skills: MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Additional knowledge of some of the languages (Russian, Greek, Hebrew) will be plus
Skills:
- Have confidence on explaining house views on Markets for individual clients and can explain that to others professionally, as advisor
- Numerically strong; conversant with Trading Market Data, Charts, Trading Tools, have used Reuters, Bloomberg etc, market data, charts, tools
- Can use markets research’ such as ‘Citi House Views’
- Customer Communication skill over phone and face to face
- Sales aptitude – to convince idea to Customers, Internal Client Relationship Managers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with other sales team, products, treasury and overseas partners
- Detail-oriented; control process, documentation and tracking skills. Metrics-oriented.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- Internal Products Training and Certification (will be required after joining)
- RDR qualified
