Job Location: Cork, Ireland
- Assist senior staff in creating repeatable solutions including creating technical product articles, documentation, white papers, presentations, and product demonstrations. Assist senior staff in conducting internal beta tests for all new products in conjunction with Engineering. These internal beta tests will be a means of product knowledge and skills acquisition for the Associate Solutions Engineer. Assist senior staff members in providing product education using video conferencing, formal education, regional office visits. Also assist in providing technical consulting and on site customer presentations. Assist senior staff in the setting up of product and solution demonstrations at the Solutions Center. Document solutions comparing EMC solutions to the competition. Assist senior staff to provide installation advice in support of EMC solutions. Assist senior staff in building and conducting proof-of-concept tests to help the successful conclusion of sales. Provide solutions to limited variety of problems of limited scope and complexity. Complete tasks and assignments with direction.
- EMC Proven Professional Certification desired.
