The role: Sales Development Lead Rep (12 month Contract)
The
Sales Development Lead Rep operates as a member of the Tech Refresh
Team which is a sales support group established to support EMC Field
& Inside Sales teams in a strategic programme. This fast-paced
support team manages all leads relating to this strategy. You will
investigate existing leads and opportunities to link any leads to their
on-going related activity; identify net-new leads and engage
cross-functionally to gather, verify & collate all relevant data in
order to facilitate the building out of TCO ROI documentation. You will
attach relevant documents to the lead and set to the appropriate sales
ownership within defined SLAs. You follow through on the lifecycle of
these leads providing reports, reminders and escalations and at defined
points in the lifecycle, and are responsible for transferring lead
ownership between sales teams in order to always ensure a timely and
appropriate outcome for each lead. You will analyse each outcome to
ensure all elements are contained in the lead closed loop information
and that appropriate Master Install Base data is constantly updated and
accurate.
You
will report and analyse outcomes and success and failure segments /
geos / products. You work within a diverse team with colleagues
throughout Europe, interacting with many internal EMC departments. You
will use SFDC on a daily basis ensuring all data is accurate and up to
date. Among your many attributes, you are a detailed oriented problem
solver never leaving any stone unturned whilst meeting aggressive
deadlines and providing clear and accurate information.
Other responsibilities will be added to this new team which you will need to learn and adapt to.
Responsibilities:
· Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to EMC’s Field, Inside Sales and Renewal Sales Teams.
· Manage specific strategic leads within SFDC from cradle to grave.
· Meet SLAs
· Collaborate with other internal departments & functions to get the required information within the set timelines
· Implement creative ways to improve lead quality and increase conversion rates
· Provide strategic advice and help solve technical issues
· Gather & analyse lead performance data
· Produce daily reports
Requirements:
· Fluency in written and spoken English; good knowledge of another main European language is desired.
· Demonstrable experience in customer support, and a multinational environment.
· Previous experience in Partner Relationship Management would be a distinct advantage.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
· Strong sense of Urgency / Accountability / Attention to detail
· Experience of SFDC is desired but not required
