Position Summary:
Work in conjunction with the EMC EMEA Channel Organisation to measure and drive compliance and benefits of Channel partners in the EMEA Business Partner Program.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Provide support to EMC channel teams and Partners in all aspects related to the ‘Business Partner Program’ (re-brand of EMC’s current Velocity Partner Program).
• Effective communication of the Business Partner Program to EMC channel teams and partners.
• Create reports, and gather and analyse data for program requirements and benefits, using SFDC, MS Access, MS Excel, OBIEE.
• Updating and maintaining data in various systems including SFDC.
• Assist Partners with enablement activities that may include training registration, access to EMC tools (eg SFDC), and access to EMC proven Professional certification paths.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments such as Technical Services, Education, Finance, IT and EMEA Channel Marketing to drive program compliance and accurately measure and track program benefits.
• Provide insight, modelling and forecast for any Business Partner Program benefit and incentive changes.
• Brainstorm, provide recommendations on, and participate in actions to improve / redesign program.
