Description
The Digital Marketing Executive role supports the Marketing Manager with the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns in the UK marketing team in Merchant Services. The Executive will be responsible for merchant offer procurement, offer set up, campaign execution and reporting/analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the development of the digital offer strategy for the UK and play a key role in its implementation
- Day-to-day management of the sell in materials, training, offer procurement and internal sell in/alignments.
- Ownership of the offer procurement for all digital channels including online, apps, Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare. Regularly liaise with all merchant-facing teams to build and maintain offer pipeline.
- Support new digital partnerships with sell in, offer procurement, set up, communications and reporting.
- Manage offer calendar across all channels focusing on the website, apps and Foursquare. - Liaise with marketing measurement team on reporting; create and distribute offer results to key stakeholders.
- Act as main point of contact for Client Management team for merchants managed by phone
- Support merchant-facing team with identification of merchants to target for specific marketing campaigns and digital partnerships, delivering against key business metrics.
- Create and lead a training schedule for Client Managers. Be the first point of contact for marketing opportunities.
- Lead the briefing and sell-in of multi-merchant campaigns and digital partnership opportunities.
- Support the development of the Westfield shopping mall partnership within the UK, driving the delivery of the above-the-line (ATL) media plan – media placement/rotation, creative adaptations and merchant integration initiatives – and the creation and supply of point-of-purchase (POP) materials to place in store.
- Manage marketing activities related to perceptions of coverage (POC) activity, particularly in support of new partners.
- Manage marketing budgets and track and reconcile all related spend.

University degree with digital marketing and campaign management experience.
Highly analytical and strategic approach to marketing with strong commercial awareness.
Experience in planning and executing tactical marketing campaigns,
Ability to develop and build strong relationships and maintain regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
