Description
This team sits within the Wrap Department within Operations and Technology.
The team is responsible
for the servicing of the Wrap book of business, which includes Pensions,
ISAs and General Investments and involves the processing of new
business, on boarding of new Independent Financial Advisors to the
platform, transfers, monies in and general servicing of customer
accounts.
The team works closely
with the following teams within the department: Trading and Settlements,
Distributions and Stock Reconciliations.
The team also has regular interaction with Operational Control, Finance, Compliance and Change Management. .
Qualifications
Skills / Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- specifically Excel
- Strong problem solving skills
- Process improvement awareness
- Adaptability
- Experience of managing own workload
- Knowledge/experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge/experience of Wrap operations
- Experience of working within a service level environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and client money rules
