Responsibility
  • Supports the team in the process of establishing new business relationships as well as managing existing internal and external client relationships, whilst gaining a broad-based understanding of markets, investments and asset management generally. 
• Acting as a resource to Investment Professionals (IP’s) in supporting their client
relationships and being involved in all aspects of asset management, sales and trading for
client accounts
• Providing market and research updates to internal and external clients
• Monitoring and analyzing clients’ portfolios and their individual securities and products
• Trading and monitoring the settlement of a large array of asset classes including global
equities, fixed income, currencies and derivatives
• Developing and preparing marketing presentations that address equity, fixed income and
alternative investments, asset allocation and external manager selection
• Assisting on projects related to new business development, strategic planning, product
development and other marketing infrastructure issues
• Working in conjunction with various product groups in response to client needs
• General client service and team support


Basic Qualifications

•  Must be RDR compliant (IAD exams or equivalent) to enable FCA registration upon joining
•  Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within Private Wealth at another major bank
•  Previous experience of trading and settlements across all asset classes
•  Some client relationship experience essential
•  Previous experience of preparing marketing documents and sales pitches
•  Experience of constructing portfolio’s
•  Time Management and the ability to prioritise
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Self-motivated
•   Flexible working approach
•   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team-oriented structure
•   Ability to work and think clearly under pressure

Preferred Qualifications
• Eastern European languages strongly preferred
