We’re now looking for talented and driven business development professionals to join this high profile and growing team.

Our Working Capital Business Development Managers are driving the non Travel & Expense charge volume to a higher level in UK Global Card Payments. Our success is based on consulting with Financial Directors and Procurement professionals to understand their working capital priorities ranging from Accounts Payables outstanding, to the speed in which their customers pay for goods and services. By introducing our value proposition supported by leading edge products in the industry we can help them realise cashflow and other savings opportunities.

You will be responsible for developing a sound, acquisition sales plan, aligned with the business and segment strategies whilst ensuring that all planning, tracking and reporting are timely and accurate. Through your sound product knowledge and selling skills, you will develop and execute effective strategies. You will adopt a positive, energized and solution orientated approach within the team and the UK sales organization and will develop collaborative relationships with internal partners to help drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Develop a Working Capital strategy working with our Global Merchant Services (GMS) business to create sales opportunities and support expanded coverage

§ Create a sales plan and effectively manage a pipeline

§ Deliver against a Sales target from leads following Working Capital Optimisation wins

§ Develop a close working relationship with finance to facilitate P&L construction and the Risk team to address customer and merchant risk related queries

§ Work in a collaborative team environment and develop linkages across business units

§ Identify new business opportunities and support Director to plan and launch to the UK Sales Team

§ Conduct market analyses, defining target groups and work with GMS to identify targeted self generation sales campaigns

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will bring:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- A proven track record of driving multiple large scale partnership deals
- Excellent customer facing sales experience, specifically focused on strategic C-Level consultation and negotiation
- Strong financial skills, specifically cash flow saving calculations in the lending space
- Ability to network and build both internal and external relationships
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- A high level of personal motivation, a dynamic personality, a sense of team spirit, a professional attitude and the ability to work under pressure
